Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tailor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Description of Service
Tailor is an AI-native closet and stylist service that helps you manage your digital wardrobe. The service may access your Gmail account (with your permission) to extract purchase information from receipts and order confirmations.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Tailor uses Google Sign-In for authentication, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Gmail Access and Data Usage
If you choose to connect your Gmail account, you grant Tailor permission to access your Gmail data using the read-only scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly) solely for the purpose of finding receipts and order confirmations and extracting purchase details to build your digital closet.
Our Gmail access is strictly read-only. We do not modify, send, or delete any emails. We only access emails to identify and extract purchase information from receipts and order confirmations.
You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. We do not sell your data and use it only to provide the Tailor service.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing office@tailorapp.co. Upon deletion, your account and data will be permanently removed.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Tailor:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
Service Availability
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tailor, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
